We will be migrating the "wwwftp" service to a new hosting provider. While we do not anticipate any impact on other NovaSubscriber products, the wwwftp server will be offline during the actual move, which should take no longer than 30 minutes.

Greetings, The NRTC Managed Services Administrative office will be closed Thursday, November 28th, in observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday. We will also be closed on Friday, November 29th. NRTC Managed Services will reopen Monday, December 2nd, at 8 AM EDT. The help desk is manned 24/7/365.
