Greetings, The NRTC Managed Services Administrative office will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. NRTC Managed Services will reopen on Tuesday, May 26thth, at 8 AM Eastern time.   The help desk is manned 24/7/365. Help desk will remain open during this time. If you need to contact the help desk supervisors, email ccleads@neonova.net or dial 919-473-5069  Please note that if you have NRTC Managed Services CSR, they will be closed during the same period in observance of the holiday.
